"I had a fantastic experience with my insurance agent’s office today. I had dreaded calling but needed clarification on my premium billing. As soon as I identified myself, Jeanette knew the answer to my question before I even asked it. She explained that Genesis had taken the time to check my odometer reading with me which led to an adjustment of my semi annual premium.
